Privacy

This explains what information Nimblr collects, why, and how we look after it. In short: we only collect what we need to design and build your website, we keep it secure, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Your website, business name and anything you tell us about your business or the design you'd like.
• Our texts and emails with you.
• If you go ahead: your design choices, how you'd like to pay, the agreement you sign (with the time, IP address and browser it was signed from) and your invoices and payments.

How we use it

• To make your free mock-ups, reply to you, and build and launch your website.
• To send invoices and keep records we're required to keep.
• We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Texts

We only text you about your website. You can reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again.

Where it's kept

Your information is stored on our own server in Sydney, Australia. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. We share information only with the services we use to run the business (such as our email and payment providers), and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working with you and afterwards for as long as we need to for records, tax and any warranty work. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us anything about this policy, by emailing harry.timms@nimblr.com.au. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
